About The Position

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and make appointments.
• Give tours of the facility.
• Check in and check out boarding, daycare, and grooming clients.
• Answer questions about fees and policies.
• Contact veterinary clinics to obtain vaccination information.
• Call clients to remind them about appointments.
• Help pet owners with their pets.
• Record pets’ feeding, medication, elimination, and behavior.
• Provide pets with tender loving care.
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
