About The Position

TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned company with more than 20 years of clinical excellence. Its outpatient clinics treat orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based protocols. The role combines front desk and secretarial duties with patient transport and support in therapy treatment areas. Front desk and secretarial work includes scheduling therapy, answering phone calls and emails, filing and printing medical records, ordering equipment invoices, typing medical reports, submitting maintenance requests, providing customer service, assisting with month-end billing tracking, and tracking completion of therapy documentation. Patient transport and therapy support includes transferring and transporting residents and patients to and from therapy areas, monitoring them during exercise routines, setting up and cleaning treatment areas, cleaning and distributing wheelchairs, maintaining equipment and making minor repairs, and carrying out clerical duties. The employee helps maintain patient safety, keeps the work area orderly, follows instructions, completes assignments independently, and attends required in-service education and on-the-job training.
