Front Desk Receptionist (Centrum Health - McCart Clinic)

The job overview for this position is that Centrum Health, a part of NeueHealth, is seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join their team. The main responsibilities include checking patients in and out, using computer applications, updating and filing patient records, returning phone calls, and greeting patients. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least 1 year of receptionist experience, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Check patients in and out
• Use various computer applications (ie. Microsoft Office Suite)
• Update and file patient medical records
• Return patients' phone calls daily and timely
• Answer the phone and greet patients

• High school or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Background check and drug screen required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
