About the position
The Program Analyst is a vital part of the project management team and is responsible for supporting various process improvement initiatives. They will develop and monitor key program metrics, dashboards, and reports, as well as develop policies, procedures, and process documentation. Collaboration with project managers, product partners, system owners, and subject matter experts is essential in gathering requirements for operational projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of experience supporting programs/projects, document repositories, and dashboards. Strong communication, analyzation, time management, and organization skills are necessary, along with self-motivation and results-driven attitude. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor key program metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop policies, procedures, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, product partners, system owners, and subject matter experts to gather requirements for operational projects.
- Support the intake, prioritization, and project assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Four (4) years of experience supporting programs/projects, document repositories, and dashboards
- Demonstrated experience developing policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with project managers
- Demonstrated knowledge of PMBOK, LSS, MS Visio, PowerBI or other
- Strong communication, analyzation, time management, and organization skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong financial/business modeling and analysis skills
- Exceptionally strong personal initiative, good business instincts, and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
