About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Night Auditor at Bluegreen Club 36 Resort in Las Vegas. The role ensures that interactions with owners and guests are positive and memorable, while completing overnight auditing and front desk duties to high standards. The position supports the resort’s daily operations by balancing and reconciling transactions, preparing reports, processing deposits, and assisting guests and owners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related front desk experience.
• Team-first demeanor that contributes to a collaborative environment.
• Ability to serve as a role model to colleagues, owners, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions, investigate out-of-balance situations, prepare management reports, and correct errors to help prevent recurrence.
• Ensure charges are posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account and balanced with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile charges to the general ledger.
• Prepare backup files and close out the shift and business day in the reservation system, preparing the system for the next day.
• Generate housekeeping reports and print departure folios.
• Compile daily revenue reports and file work accordingly.
• Calculate month-end account balances and submit them to accounting.
• Process reservation advance deposits, including receiving reservation information, depositing funds, and logging monies.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and cashier procedures.
• Assist guests and owners with needs and requests while delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Perform departmental typing tasks and other duties assigned by management.
