Front Desk/Medical Assistant

Greenwich MedSpa•Closter, NJ

About The Position

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is an award-winning medical spa providing non-invasive cosmetic treatments. This dual-role position combines clinical medical assistant responsibilities with front-desk hospitality and patient coordination. The role supports patients throughout their visit, from welcoming and checking them in to preparing them for treatment and helping ensure they leave with a positive experience. In the treatment room, the employee prepares and closes rooms and equipment, escorts patients, obtains consents and pre- and post-treatment photographs, prepares patients and procedure setups, reviews care instructions, and maintains infection control, inventory, and room standards. Blood draws may be performed when applicable, such as for PRP. At the front desk, the employee checks patients in and out, schedules appointments and follow-ups, handles phones and payments, assists with closing sales, and educates patients about treatments, skincare, memberships, and rewards programs. The employee also keeps the spa pristine and stocked with amenities. The position requires moving between the front desk and treatment rooms as needed, maintaining composure during busy periods, supporting the team, training new hires, and contributing to special projects. GMS describes its workplace culture through values of excellence, integrity, people focus, passion, respect, and growth. The role requires Saturday availability.
