About The Position

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is an award-winning medical spa providing non-invasive cosmetic treatments. This dual-role position combines clinical support as a Medical Assistant with patient hospitality and front-desk responsibilities as an Aesthetic Coordinator. The role supports the patient experience from arrival through treatment and follow-up, helping patients feel welcomed and cared for while enabling providers to focus on treatment results. In treatment rooms, the employee prepares rooms and equipment, escorts patients, obtains consents and pre- and post-treatment photographs, prepares patients and procedure setups, and reviews care instructions. Blood draws may be involved when applicable, such as for PRP. The position also maintains infection-control standards, inventory, and clean, spa-ready rooms. At the front desk, the employee handles check-ins and check-outs, follow-up appointment bookings, scheduling, phone calls, payments, and sales support. They educate patients about treatments, skincare, memberships, and rewards programs and keep the spa pristine and stocked with amenities. Across both settings, they build patient relationships, remain composed during busy periods, support the team, train new hires, and contribute to special projects. Saturday availability is required. GMS describes its core values as Excellence, Integrity, People Focused, Passionately Driven, Respect, and Growth. Benefits listed for employees working a full-time schedule include an employee allowance for services and skin care products, an employee discount, paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance, and a 401(k).
