About The Position

Drybar Sarasota is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator & Guest Experience Specialist, referred to as a “Bartender,” to support the front desk and sales operations at its Sarasota locations. This role manages appointments and shop flow, delivers a welcoming and high-touch guest experience, and promotes memberships, service add-ons, and styling products. The position is offered full-time or part-time, and Saturday and Sunday availability is required. Candidates should be comfortable standing for 6–8-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be comfortable standing for 6–8-hour shifts.
• Be available to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
• Be able to manage busy appointment schedules and resolve timing conflicts.
• Be confident using point-of-sale systems and salon management software.
• Have a goal-oriented sales mindset and enjoy sharing product knowledge and selling memberships.
• Be able to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2+ years of experience in a salon, spa, high-end retail, or hospitality front desk environment; experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with salon management platforms such as Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Millennium.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment schedules, maximize stylist booking capacity, and handle walk-ins and cancellations to maintain shop flow.
• Greet clients warmly and provide high-touch hospitality as the first and last point of contact.
• Educate clients about memberships, service add-ons, and styling products, matching recommendations to guest needs.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes and accurately process point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and help keep the shop clean and organized.
