About The Position

Join the team as a Front Desk Representative at Bellagio, creating a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment. Deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay. In a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, anticipate guest needs, build meaningful connections, and create memorable experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior relevant guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Six months of prior relevant cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by providing memorable service, anticipating their needs, and resolving concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures seamlessly and professionally.
• Enhance the guest experience by offering room upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits.
• Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and fulfill special requests.
• Process payments, post charges and credits accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash and cash-equivalent transactions according to property procedures.
