About The Position

CUSA, LLC, a successful hotel management company, is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Slippery Rock PA. This role requires the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service, focusing on high scores in Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, and Staff Services surveys. The position also involves following basic accounting procedures to ensure accuracy, prioritizing guest security and safety for a pleasant stay, and answering guest questions while making recommendations about the hotel and local area. All job duties must be completed in accordance with hotel policy, procedures, and Marriott brand standards. A background check will be completed on all applicants.

Requirements

Responsibilities
