About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you help provide customers with a positive dining experience. The role includes greeting and assisting customers, taking and processing orders, operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling payments, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant. Front Crew members follow health and safety codes, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and assisting with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new products to customers.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Keep the store clean by completing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
