About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you will help ensure customers have a positive dining experience by providing customer service, taking orders, operating the POS system, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role requires following health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and Front Crew training guidelines. Front Crew members may work part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Provide customer service, greet customers, and assist them with their orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Maintain store cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
