About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house restaurant operations and deliver high-quality food to customers. The role includes food preparation and cooking, inventory stocking, food quality and portion control, order preparation, and maintaining a clean and sanitary store. This is an hourly position paying $20.00 per hour and may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure they are served accurately and promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
