About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you will help provide customers with a positive dining experience. The role includes delivering customer service, taking orders, operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Front Crew members are expected to follow health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline, and to maintain regular, punctual attendance. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Provide customer service, greet customers, and assist them with their orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Maintain store cleanliness by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
