About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is a fast-casual restaurant serving Hawaiian plate lunches and island specialties. The Front Crew role helps ensure a positive dining experience by providing customer service, taking and processing orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. The work involves following health and safety procedures and company policies, using the POS system, and completing cleaning and closing tasks. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Follow applicable health codes and safety procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures and the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Greet customers, provide customer service, and assist with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Complete cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Maintain store cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
