About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you help ensure a positive dining experience by providing customer service, taking orders, operating the POS system, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant. The role requires compliance with health and safety codes, company policies, and Front Crew training guidelines. Duties include promoting specials and new products, processing payments, completing closing procedures, and performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Greet customers, provide customer service, and assist with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Maintain store cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
