About The Position

The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in exceeding customer expectations and helps customers find the assistance they need. The role contributes to an efficient checkout, follows merchandise receiving and handling guidelines, maintains store presentation, keeps fitting rooms organized, returns products to the sales floor promptly, and maintains an organized stockroom. Associates are expected to act in alignment with company values and to be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires regularly moving around store areas and being accessible to customers, as well as the ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos). Requirements
