Friends & Family Associate (Seasonal)
About The Position
The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in exceeding customer expectations. The role responds to customers in the moment and partners them with other associates when needed, assists at the cashwrap, follows merchandise receiving and handling guidelines, maintains presentation standards, keeps fitting rooms organized and returns product promptly to the sales floor, and keeps the stockroom organized. Associates are expected to act in a manner aligned with J.Crew’s values. This seasonal role requires availability during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to move throughout store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
- Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
- Be a team player and bring your best to the work.
- Be flexible and ready to have fun.
- Leverage technology to maximize efficiency and productivity.
