About The Position
The Friends & Family Associate supports store operations and helps deliver an efficient, positive customer experience. The role involves responding to customers, partnering with other associates, supporting checkout, handling merchandise according to guidelines, and maintaining organized fitting rooms, sales-floor presentation, and stockroom areas. This is a seasonal position.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to bend, reach, and stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
- Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.

Responsibilities
- Support associates in exceeding customer expectations.
- Respond to customers in the moment and partner them with other associates as needed.
- Assist at the cashwrap to ensure an efficient checkout experience.
- Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
- Maintain presentation standards.
- Keep fitting rooms organized and move product back to the floor promptly.
- Keep the stockroom organized.
- Act in a manner that aligns with the company’s values.
