About The Position

The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in delivering a fun and efficient customer experience. The role includes helping customers in the moment, supporting checkout, handling merchandise according to guidelines, and maintaining organized and presentable store areas. This is a seasonal position that requires availability during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role also involves regularly moving throughout the store and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
• Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.

Responsibilities

• Support associates in exceeding customer expectations.
• Respond to customers in the moment and connect them with other associates as needed.
• Assist at the cashwrap to ensure an efficient checkout experience.
• Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards.
• Keep fitting rooms organized and return product to the sales floor promptly.
• Keep the stockroom organized.
• Act in a manner aligned with the company’s values.
