About The Position

Fresh Food Managers lead staff and oversee processes that support the smooth, efficient operation of Love’s fresh kitchen. The role focuses on enhancing sales and customer satisfaction in a dynamic team environment. Managers maintain food safety and kitchen standards, coordinate ordering, stocking, inventory and preparation, ensure tasks and reporting are completed, and work with team members to meet customer service expectations. They also use financial reports to identify business changes and opportunities and collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience.
At least 1 year of experience affecting and interpreting budgets and profit and loss statements.
At least 1 year of experience supervising and training 5 or more employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Ensure the kitchen is safe, clean, and well maintained, and that proper food safety procedures are followed.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Work with team members to prepare and package products in a timely manner to meet customer service expectations.
Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to inform business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
