About The Position

Fresh Food Managers oversee the smooth and efficient operation of Love’s fresh kitchen. They lead staff and manage processes intended to improve sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness, managing ordering and inventory, supporting timely food preparation, ensuring tasks and reporting are completed, and using financial reporting to identify business opportunities. Managers also collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience.
At least 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements.
At least 1 year of experience supervising and training 5 or more employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and adherence to proper food safety procedures.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Work alongside team members to prepare and package products in a timely manner to meet customer service expectations.
Understand profit and loss statements and other financial reporting to inform business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
