About The Position

Fresh Food Managers lead staff and manage processes to support the smooth and efficient operation of Love’s fresh kitchen, enhance sales, and promote customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining food safety and kitchen standards, managing ordering and inventory, overseeing work and reporting, preparing and packaging products alongside team members, using financial reports to inform business decisions, and collaborating with leadership on talent acquisition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of food management experience.
At least 1 year of experience affecting and interpreting budgets and profit and loss statements.
At least 1 year of experience supervising and training 5 or more employees.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check; additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to use various computer programs, systems, and technology tools in daily operations.
Ability to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

Ensure the kitchen is safe, clean, and well maintained, and that proper food safety procedures are followed.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Work with team members to prepare and package products promptly and meet customer service expectations.
Review financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to make business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
