About The Position

Fresh Food Managers lead staff and manage processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a fresh kitchen, enhance sales, and support customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness, managing food preparation and inventory, overseeing task completion and reporting, and understanding financial results to identify business opportunities. Managers also work alongside team members and collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience.
At least 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements.
At least 1 year of experience supervising and training 5 or more employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and adherence to food safety procedures.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Work with team members to prepare and package products in a timely manner to meet customer service expectations.
Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to inform business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
