About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an enthusiastic French Speaking Player Support Specialist to join a world-class Gaming & Esports hub in Bulgaria. The specialist will provide technical and account support to gamers via email, chat, and voice, troubleshoot inquiries, manage player accounts, and collaborate with international teams.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
• A genuine interest in the Gaming & Esports industry and an understanding of modern gaming platforms.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to ensure smooth transition to our headquarters in Sofia.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• A proactive customer-centric mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to a global community of gamers via email, chat, and voice channels.
• Maintain deep expertise in current Gaming & Esports titles to troubleshoot complex player inquiries effectively.
• Champion the user experience by identifying recurring issues and escalating technical bugs to the development teams.
• Manage player accounts with a focus on security, verification, and ethical fair-play standards.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely communication that reflects the brand identity of our premium gaming partners.
• Collaborate within an international team to enhance knowledge bases and streamline support workflows for French-speaking markets.
