Requirements

• College education, with a focus on or interest in business, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, and learning logistics systems.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow.

Nice To Haves

• Previous logistics experience.
• TMW Suite software experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact trucking carriers daily by phone and email to match freight with available capacity.
• Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers.
• Track and trace loads to support on-time pickup and delivery.
• Build relationships with carriers and identify opportunities to grow the carrier network.
• Enter shipment updates and carrier information accurately and in real time.
• Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver service.
