About The Position
The 2nd Shift Freezer Selector works in a physically demanding, multi-temperature warehouse environment that includes dry storage, cooler, and freezer areas. The role requires accurately selecting and stacking products while following safety procedures and operational guidelines. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM and continuing until finish. Overtime and extended hours may be required based on business needs and workload.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 6 to 12 months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to regularly lift and stack products weighing 10–35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.
- Ability to work in dry storage, cooler, and freezer environments.
