About The Position

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is hiring a Warehouse Freezer Selector in McDonough, Georgia, to support distribution operations for Dunkin’ restaurants. The role uses powered material-handling equipment and wearable computers with ring scanners to select, label, palletize, and stage custom orders for outbound delivery. Work takes place in dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments, including areas maintained at approximately 34°F and -10°F. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Ability to work in dry, cooler (34°F), and freezer (-10°F) warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to operate a shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-wrap products.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and high lifts.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours; the schedule may include weekends and holidays.
• Sufficient English comprehension and communication skills to safely perform essential duties, including using voice-directed warehouse technology, understanding work and safety instructions, and communicating with supervisors and coworkers about operational and safety matters.
• Desire and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to select orders accurately and safely in different warehouse temperature environments.
• Stack products on pallets according to proper operating procedures.
• Stage pallets for loading at the assigned outbound dock location.
• Maintain established selection rates for assigned temperature zones.
• Secure loads for transit by shrink-wrapping products manually or with a shrink-wrap machine.
• Perform daily safety inspections of material-handling equipment.
• Safely operate all equipment used to perform the role’s tasks.
• Use proper and safe lifting techniques.
• Meet company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
• Immediately notify a supervisor about unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Attend required company meetings.
• Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
• Help maintain warehouse order and general housekeeping.
• Cross-train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
