About The Position

The Framing team member helps customers find products and develop custom framing solutions for their art, while creating a memorable shopping experience. The role supports sales and production results, completes framing orders accurately and on time, and maintains a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store environment. The position is based in a public retail store and includes work in the frame shop, stock rooms, and, when assigned, outdoors.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC Deliver approach.
Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers.
Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable legal requirements.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Assist with omnichannel processes.
Interact with others respectfully and positively, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model.
Perform other duties as assigned.
