Sets-up, confirms and organizes restaurant reservations. Informs service team of special requests for reservations. Records the number of guests served by each service team. Completes cleaning and closing responsibilities as directed by management. Exhibits proper phone etiquette. Assists in the setting of the dining room, clearing and resetting tables, and refilling water glasses as directed by management. Exhibits job and product knowledge sufficient to provide guests with accurate information in all aspects of food, wine, service, and resort information. Knowledgeable and compliant of Utah liquor laws. Exhibits self-confidence to the degree necessary to handle a variety of situations in a positive and professional manner. Exhibits a positive attitude when speaking about guests and fellow employees. Demonstrates good organizational skills. Self-motivated, yet takes direction and change well.
