About The Position

Sandstone is hiring a Founding Sales Development Representative to support its sales organization and pipeline generation. The role owns and shapes the company’s outbound motion, with a focus on creating and qualifying pipeline in support of ambitious growth goals. The SDR will work within the sales process alongside co-founders, Associate AEs, and AEs, gaining exposure to running and closing deals at a high-growth startup, as well as post-sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer strategy. There is a stated path within 12 months to an Associate AE or AE role, depending on experience, performance, and the company’s hiring needs. Sandstone builds a platform for in-house legal teams that unifies legal data, powers end-to-end workflows, and organizes business context within the tools teams already use. The company describes its mission as elevating in-house legal into a strategic partner and says it is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing innovators. The company works five days a week from its Lower East Side offices. Dogs are welcome, shoes are optional, and chess is encouraged.
