About The Position

Lightfield is reinventing CRM from the ground up and is looking for a hands-on recruiter to help build the next phase of the team. This role will own recruiting across the company, with an immediate focus on scaling the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to source exceptional candidates, conduct initial screenings, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and secure great talent. This is a highly hands-on position for an individual passionate about recruiting, who moves quickly, possesses strong talent judgment, and desires significant ownership in an early-stage company.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
  • Strong experience recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) and business roles, with a particular emphasis on Sales.
  • Proven ability as an excellent sourcer, capable of proactively identifying and engaging strong candidates.
  • Strong communication skills to excite candidates about an early-stage company and secure them in competitive processes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with speed and ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving roles in a startup setting.
  • Autonomous and decisive, capable of operating independently and making trade-offs.
  • Genuinely motivated by the mission of building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting with end-to-end ownership across the company, focusing on Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and initial screens through interviews, offers, and closing candidates.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines proactively through a 'zero to one' sourcing engine, identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and develop a strong understanding of ideal candidate profiles for Lightfield.
  • Implement appropriate ATS structure and communication discipline for a lean, fast-moving startup.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience, respecting candidates' time and building advocacy.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate on talent, maintain search momentum, and assess funnel effectiveness.
