Founding GTM

GoodRec•New York, NY
•$70,000 - $100,000

About The Position

GoodRec is building a platform for recreational sports, starting with pickup games and expanding into other ways people play. The Founding GTM will work directly with the CEO on high-priority growth problems, identifying opportunities, testing whether they work, and turning successful approaches into scalable playbooks. The role spans growth initiatives, new business lines, strategic partnerships, acquisition and distribution channels, market research, customer and business data analysis, and direct conversations with customers and partners. This is neither a traditional sales nor strategy role; the person is expected to determine what will advance the business and execute it, often building systems and processes from scratch. The role offers ownership of projects that affect company growth, close involvement in company priorities and decisions, and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the company grows. It may not suit someone seeking highly structured work with narrowly defined responsibilities.
