About The Position

Omnissa is hiring its first GTM Engineer to define the vision, roadmap, technology stack, and future growth of GTM Engineering. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on building, treating Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations as customers and developing systems used across the company’s global regions. Its purpose is to reduce friction in go-to-market processes and increase the efficiency of GTM teams. The Founding GTM Engineer will build and ship systems across the customer lifecycle, including account sourcing and scoring, targeting, lead routing, expansion, renewal, and customer-success signals. The role will design agentic workflows, measure their impact, and own reliable production systems with documentation, monitoring, and testing. It will also shape the GTM technology stack, evaluate and manage vendors, own Clay end to end, and connect workflows across Salesforce, enrichment providers, and other GTM tools. During the first 90 days, the hire will map the GTM landscape by meeting global leaders and assessing the stack, data quality, and sources of friction; publish the GTM Engineering roadmap; deliver one or two quick wins in production; and assess and strengthen the Clay foundation and architecture. The role is remote anywhere in the United States, with a hybrid option for candidates near the Atlanta or Mountain View offices. Travel may be required as needed for business or team meetings. The typical base salary is $160,000–$200,000 per year, and the position may be eligible for a corporate bonus program. Omnissa also offers employee ownership, health insurance, a 401(k) with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid time off, and growth opportunities. The role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
