Founding GTM Engineer

Omnissa•Washington, DC
•$160,000 - $200,000•Remote

About The Position

Omnissa is hiring its first GTM Engineer to define the vision, roadmap, technology stack, and future growth of GTM Engineering. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on building, treating Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations as customers and developing systems used across the regions where Omnissa operates. The goal is to reduce go-to-market friction and improve the efficiency of GTM teams across the customer lifecycle. The Founding GTM Engineer will establish the GTM Engineering roadmap, collaborate with senior leaders across business and technical functions, and build signal, enrichment, and routing systems for account sourcing and scoring, lead targeting and routing, and customer expansion, renewal, and success. The role will also design and deploy agentic workflows, measure outcomes such as coverage, conversion, pipeline, attribution, time saved, and cost per qualified account, and ship production-grade systems with documentation, monitoring, and testing. The role owns the GTM Engineering tools and platform, including end-to-end ownership of Clay and connected workflows across Salesforce, enrichment providers, and the wider GTM stack. It also involves evaluating tools, managing vendors, and recommending stack changes as the organization scales. During the first 90 days, the hire will meet GTM leaders globally, assess the current stack, data quality, and sources of friction, publish a GTM Engineering roadmap, deliver one or two quick wins in production, and assess and strengthen the Clay foundation. The position may be performed remotely anywhere in the United States, or in a hybrid arrangement for someone located near the Atlanta or Mountain View offices. Travel is required as needed for business or team meetings.
