About The Position

Centralize is hiring its first product manager to own the product roadmap and establish the product function. The role works across enterprise customers, sales and customer success teams, engineering, marketing, design, and the company’s co-founders. The product manager will identify underlying customer problems, determine priorities, write clear specifications, and lead products from discovery through launch. The scope includes the core product and new AI products such as next best actions and ambient agents. The role reports to co-founder and CTO Will Wang and works closely with co-founder and CEO Rachit Kataria. The position is remote in the United States or hybrid in New York or San Francisco.

  • A few years of product experience at a fast-growing product company.
  • Technical ability to engage deeply with engineers on AI and data systems and make sound tradeoffs.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace, and interest in building a product function rather than inheriting one.
