Our platform handles the complexities behind the scenes—screening, compliance, scheduling, and payments—so knowledge sharing stays focused on meaningful insights and real impact. We're a hyper-growth and profitable company, quickly expanding our expert network, launching new offices, and new products. We are headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Brooklyn and Bangalore. What you'll do You'll be our founding marketing hire owning the mission of establishing Office Hours as the best place on the internet for subject matter experts to share their knowledge. Your work will shape how the market perceives us, driving awareness, trust, and demand across both sides of our network. Your three primary mandates: 1. Content Create content that supports our company and brand narrative across channels Develop thought leadership, long-form pieces, and customer stories that position Office Hours as the category-defining expert network across Generate qualified inbound leads from startups, funds, and enterprises through repeatable marketing campaigns 2. Email Build and maintain nurture sequences: newsletters, campaigns, and ongoing touch points with key enterprise customers Build and maintain nurture sequences that move prospects through the funnel and keep our solution top of mind 3. Brand Building & Demand Generation Help position Office Hours as a go-to name in the expert network space across AI labs, enterprises, and top experts in medicine, technology, and science Create content and campaigns that build trust with elite experts: clinicians, scientists, operators, founders Support inbound lead generation from startups, funds, and enterprises through marketing campaigns Grow our presence on LinkedIn, X, industry publications, and podcasts by telling our story, spotlighting customers, and featuring our experts What you'll flex into Beyond the core areas of focus, you’ll have the opportunity to flex into other areas: Product marketing: positioning, messaging, and launch strategy as we ship new products Events: dinners, roundtables, conferences and activations that bring our community together in NYC, SF, and beyond. Help with tactical on-site execution. Final offer based on seniority, relevant experience, and location. This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco (SoMa) or New York City (Brooklyn) office 2-3 times per week. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content, consulting or another marketing or operator role
  • A scrappy operator mindset: comfortable owning strategy and execution, juggling multiple work streams on tight timelines, and making things happen without a large team or budget
  • A strong writer who can shift between voices and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Comfortable operating without a playbook and building things from scratch
  • A bias toward action and shipping
  • AI-fluent, excited by how technology is reshaping marketing and expertise
