About The Position

Village is an AI-powered care orchestration platform for children with differences. It aims to be a modern care coordination partner that helps families navigate complexity with confidence and provides practice infrastructure for providers. The company has recently closed its second round of funding and is focused on scaling its operations, proving market repeatability, and preparing for Series A. This role presents a career-defining opportunity to be the first marketer at a growing company, with significant ownership and the chance to shape a new category of care delivery.

Requirements

  • Healthcare marketing experience, ideally across both provider-facing and patient-facing contexts.
  • Experience building or significantly contributing to go-to-market motions in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Track record of driving measurable acquisition and engagement outcomes.
  • Comfortable owning strategy when needed but defaulting to execution.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI across workflows (content, SEO/GEO, creative, research).
  • Ability to self-serve on website updates.
  • Comfort working with analytics tools like Mixpanel.
  • Ability to create polished marketing materials without direct designer support.

  • Deep understanding of how different provider specialties think.
  • Knowledge of how to communicate effectively with payer audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into resonant messaging for diverse buyers and users.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing-sourced patient and provider acquisition targets.
  • Co-own broader customer targets across channels with growth and operations teams.
  • Drive patient and provider acquisition through owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Build and maintain positioning and messaging for diverse stakeholders (patients, providers, referral partners, payers, enterprise partners).
  • Run lifecycle marketing programs to improve conversion and retention.
  • Enable the broader team with necessary assets, content, and tooling for effective sales and onboarding.
  • Support contractor relationships and potentially hire and manage additional marketing resources.
