Founding Enterprise Account Executive, Health Plans

Brellium
•$270,000 - $340,000•Remote

About The Position

Brellium is hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to scale its Health Plan product. The role owns the full sales cycle with health plans and payers, from identifying buyers across payment integrity, provider network, and compliance teams through closing deals and building long-term partnerships. Brellium’s platform audits medical charts to give health plans clearer visibility into documentation quality across provider networks and help identify issues before they lead to overpayments and recoveries. This is a new market for Brellium. The person in this role will help shape how health plans discover and adopt the product, secure the first customers, and develop a repeatable sales playbook. The role involves managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, translating product capabilities into business value, and sharing market feedback with the team. Remote candidates are welcome; the benefits section also describes a hybrid schedule for employees based in the office.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of relevant sales experience selling into health plans.
  • Ability to explain the business value of a technical product to clinical directors and nontechnical C-suite operators.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to develop talk tracks or outbound approaches for a new vertical or persona without an existing playbook.
  • Ability to travel to customers and conferences.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Brellium’s capabilities to customer workflows, compliance needs, and documentation challenges.
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, forecast accurately each week, and flag risks early.
  • Close new business and hand off new partners with sufficient context to support a strong start to the relationship.
  • Share field intelligence—including customer objections, priorities, and language—with the team to inform sales strategy and product development.
