About The Position

EWOR is launching new initiatives and seeks an exceptional operator and builder to help develop advanced AI and intelligent systems. In close collaboration with the founder and a team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, the role will shape research direction, develop methods, models, and algorithms, and turn research advances into prototypes and real-world applications. The position offers autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. The successful candidate will communicate and document findings, improve the experimental process, and help build a high-performing research team. EWOR offers attractive compensation with equity upside.

Requirements
