About The Position

EWOR is launching new initiatives and seeks a Founding AI Engineer to build AI-powered products from the ground up. The role offers autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and take products from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. The engineer will work closely with the founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and users. Compensation is described as attractive, with equity upside.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for the role.
• A high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered product capabilities, from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment.
• Develop robust evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.
• Take end-to-end ownership of building and executing initiatives.
