About The Position

EWOR is launching new initiatives and is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to build AI-powered product capabilities from 0 to 1. The role offers autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and execute in a high-growth environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. The engineer will work closely with the founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and users, taking AI products from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment. The role offers competitive compensation with equity upside.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered product capabilities, from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment.
• Develop evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.
• Architect systems, drive strategy, and take end-to-end ownership of building initiatives from 0 to 1.
