About The Position

EWOR is launching new technology initiatives and seeks a Founding AI Engineer to build AI-powered product capabilities from 0 to 1. The role offers autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and work closely with founders, users, and a team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The focus is on rapid market validation and scalable traction, with competitive compensation and equity upside.

Requirements

• Meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for the role.
• Have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take end-to-end ownership.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered product capabilities, from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment.
• Develop evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.
