About The Position

EWOR is launching new initiatives and is seeking an AI engineer to build and ship AI-powered product capabilities. The role covers the full lifecycle, from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment. You will create evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience, and work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.

The position offers autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. You will work closely with the founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The company offers attractive compensation with equity upside.

Requirements

• Be able to meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for the role.
• Have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
