Founding AI Engineer (On-site / Remote / Hybrid) (m/f/d)
About The Position
EWOR is launching new initiatives and seeks an exceptional builder to develop AI-powered products. The role offers substantial autonomy to architect systems, shape strategy, and build from the ground up in a high-growth environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. The engineer will work closely with the founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and users. The position may be performed on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement, subject to the role’s location and working-arrangement expectations. Compensation is described as attractive, with equity upside.
Requirements
- High-agency builder mindset.
- Proven domain expertise.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered product capabilities from model and system design through evaluation and production deployment.
- Develop evaluation, testing, and feedback loops to improve model quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Work closely with founders and users to turn emerging AI techniques into useful, scalable product features.
- Take end-to-end ownership of building and executing new initiatives.
