Founding Engineer (On-site) (m/f/d)
About The Position
EWOR is launching new technology initiatives and seeks an exceptional operator and builder to join the team. Backed and led by serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Müller and Petter Made, the company aims to build high-impact technology businesses and category-defining ventures from the ground up. The Founding Engineer will have substantial autonomy to architect systems, shape strategy, and build products from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving environment focused on market validation and scalable traction. The role works closely with the founder and a team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, with competitive compensation and equity upside.
Requirements
- Meet the location and working-arrangement expectations for the role.
- Have a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate core software systems and product capabilities, taking important features from concept through production.
- Make technical and architectural decisions, solve complex engineering challenges, and build reliable, scalable systems.
- Work closely with founders and users to identify needs, iterate quickly, and shape the product and technical roadmap.
