They also lead workshops, design user-centric workflows, train end users, analyze customer data, and relay reusable field requirements to product and engineering teams. Travel to work directly with customers may be required up to 25%.

  • Proficiency querying and analyzing datasets with SQL and Snowflake, and light scripting in Python and R.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise software, data architecture, and cloud environments.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments under delivery pressure, with the ability to bring structure to complex situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to earn trust with business and technical stakeholders and advise customers.
  • Must be based in the United States and a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to work directly with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Own customer workstreams from design through delivery and keep the broader program on track.
  • Bridge customer and technical teams by communicating requirements to forward deployed engineers and guiding customers toward designs that fit platform capabilities and rules.
  • Lead workshops, design user-centric workflows, and train end users to support adoption in complex organizations.
  • Inspect customer data structures, validate data integrity, and perform rapid prototyping and ad hoc analysis using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and R.
  • Help customers strategize agentic solutions.
  • Anticipate customer needs and program failure modes, bring structure to ambiguous environments, and coordinate internal and customer stakeholders across workstreams.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by translating client-specific needs into reusable platform capabilities and feeding field requirements to product and engineering.
