About The Position
A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company is seeking a product manager who works directly with customers in the field. The role owns the outcome of each customer’s AI deployment, from scoping before a deal closes through tuning after launch. The position partners with forward deployed engineers to run deployments, design and refine AI agents, serve as the main customer contact, and improve the deployment playbook. The role is remote in the US and requires about 10 to 15% travel. Mural Group is recruiting for this role on behalf of a client.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including experience with complex customer deployments.
- Comfort owning relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Technical, systems-level thinking.
- Hands-on experience building agents; side projects count.
- Bias to action in unclear situations.

- Background in product, conversation design, or forward deployed engineering.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes and the metrics used to demonstrate them.
- Run customer deployments end to end with forward deployed engineers.
- Design, test, and refine AI agents with the team.
- Serve as the main customer contact and lead working sessions.
- Improve the playbook followed for each deployment.
