About The Position

Qurrent is seeking skilled, results-driven Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver custom AI-agent solutions for customers. The role works closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, then designs, implements, and delivers AI solutions. Engineers use LLMs to build reliable multi-agent workflows, lead solutions from initial needs assessment through deployment and ongoing support, and develop Python applications to meet project requirements. The role also involves process optimization through AI integration, bespoke solution development, presales demonstrations, and sharing customer insights to improve Qurrent’s Operating System.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience building complex technical projects in Python, preferably in applied AI or related technology sectors.
• Technical and conversational fluency in AI, LLMs, machine learning, and at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly LLMs and techniques such as RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, or other LLM-based tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping and process re-engineering, with an interest in optimizing and reimagining workflows.
• Proficiency in full-stack software development, or willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Experience putting ML/AI into production and ability to discuss best practices and pitfalls.
• Experience creating effective demonstrations and presentations for presales engagements.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong consultative and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable systems of multi-AI-agent workflows in companies using cutting-edge LLMs.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solution delivery, from customer needs assessment through deployment and ongoing support.
• Write Python applications that meet project requirements and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Work with customers to identify and re-engineer business processes for optimization through AI integration using Qurrent’s Operating System.
• Create bespoke AI solutions as part of Qurrent’s engineering team.
• Develop and present demonstrations for presales meetings to communicate the potential of Qurrent’s solutions.
• Convey customer insights to drive continuous improvement of Qurrent’s Operating System.
