About The Position

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Armadin, you will embed with enterprise teams, deploy the company’s agentic security platform in their environments, and build solutions tailored to their needs. You will own customer outcomes from pre-sales scoping through deployment and expansion, help customers overcome deployment challenges, and bring field learnings back into the product so future deployments become faster and more effective. The role works closely with customer security, platform, and DevOps teams, as well as CISOs, and translates ambiguous requirements and compliance constraints into shipped deployment plans.

You will customize integrations, workflows, and agent configurations; develop runbooks, automation, and self-service tools; and partner with Engineering, Product, and Research to communicate customer feedback. You will also lead upgrades, scaling, and incident support for critical deployments.

Requirements

• Experience as a forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, solutions engineer, or in a similar role, with a track record of owning customer outcomes in the field.
• Experience at a leading AI company or AI-native startup shipping LLM-powered products to real customers.
• Strong software fundamentals and hands-on cloud and deployment expertise, including AWS, Terraform, containers, and networking.
• Experience deploying into customer-owned environments.
• A bias toward building and shipping working solutions, with ownership of their operational health.
• AI fluency and judgment in deciding when to configure, extend, or recommend a capability for the core platform.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

• Early-stage experience building deployment operations, playbooks, and tooling from scratch.
• Experience building Go, Python, or TypeScript services in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from pre-sales scoping through deployment and expansion.
• Build customer-specific integrations, workflows, and agent configurations on the Armadin platform.
• Work with customer security, platform, and DevOps teams and CISOs to turn requirements and compliance constraints into deployment plans.
• Convert manual deployment work into runbooks, automation, and self-service tooling.
• Bring feedback and insights from customer deployments to Engineering, Product, and Research.
• Lead upgrades, scaling, and incident support for critical deployments.
